Not sure what you are asking here but the Xenon are the HID lights that use a ballast and cost a lot too.

I think he is talking about the HD high performance bulb they sell for about $25. It doesnt say watt the watts are.

I would take a guess here and say they aren't any better than the 80/100 that I posted above, just more expensive

I thought you were referring to the HID setup they have for about $500
