Added Slip on RUSH Muffler 2in 03 FXDWG

Harley installed a 48 slow jet and air mixture 2 1/2 turns
out. I installed Arlen Ness Big Sucker with a K&N fliter, I still feel I need better
performance. Would I need to add a DYNO JET Kit or Vance & Hines JET Kit.
Any Answers would be appreciated Thanks....

The jet kits do little more than up sizing the jet on an individual basis. Not knowing what else you have done to the bike, exhaust can give you more performance after you added the proper jetting and K&N. Always adjust the idle mixture to the highest and steadiest setting with the bike warmed up and then back it off (close) just a very small amount to be on the lean side, it runs best there.

thanks for your info i install the two # 4 brass washers,it only took me 10 to 15 min.to put everything together.I notice faster warm-up,no more popping, faster accelaration through-out gears.I hope everything works-out.
