2008 Street Bob pics

Pics after new 2" tank lift and 1" lowering kit. Looking to maybe do a 3 degree rake with 21" front next, any thoughts?

Yes, was out today actually. Feels good and low in the rear and the lifted tank didn't seem to affect gas guage either. Now if I could get my SE race fueler dialed in properly I will be happy!

What did you do to lower it in the rear? I was looking at lowing the rear an inch or so but was looking in to the progressive shocks, it looks like yours are stock or am i mistaking. I also want to put a 21" front wheell up front and put new springs up front to lower it a couple of inches.

Looking good, really exposes the engine more. Like those handlebars too.

Looks great.

I have lowered my Super Glide about 1.5" in the rear and about 1" in the front.

Here is a pic with a 21" wheel and 1.5 degree trees.

Bevo, you could get this 1" lowering kit on ebay for 59.99 with free shipping and if you send in a photo like I did they credit your paypal acct 20.00 so I got these for 39.99, company is ab manufacturing, just type in lowering kit and you'll see them from a couple different companies and in a couple different sizes.
JMP, your glide looks awesome!

speedyj, looks awesome! I just ordered the 1.75" lowering kit as well as a 3" tank lift for my 09 FXDB. Can you tell me what kind of seat you have and what you have for bars? Like them both.

Re: 2008 Street Bob pics

Thank you. Z-bars from Lick's Custom Cycles and Lepera Bare Bones Solo seat. Wrapped my crack pipes, screamin eagle stage one kit and blacked out rocker box covers since those pics and of course more is planned for winter projects!
