The VOX works pretty good with the H-D headset. I have an aftermarket headset that has lower output on the mike and it hardly works at all. The aftermarket headset will barely break the VOX and the other rider can hardly hear the person on the intercom.
However, the headphones on the aftermarket headset works much better than the H-D headset which will not tolerate any bass at all. I'm still looking for something that sounds good in the headset and the mike has enough output to trip the VOX |
