harman kardon problems

I have power, but no sound. Initially, it was intermittant, now no sound for a while. I removed the radio, cleaned up some corrosion, resealed and installed. Updated the software and now when I check for the current software version, the screen says...
on the left.... Default, Avc, Calibr
in the center... DiagB2017, FL Speaker, Open
right side... Software, update, test exit
Any suggestions?

I had the intermittent sound problem with mine, power but no sound. Took it to HD they found shorted wires in the harness under the unit. The antenna cable was also poorly routed and it chaffed down to the coax. I just got a call Friday telling me they got a new antenna lead in. (was on back order several weeks) Not having the radio was not an issue for me as I usually listen to XM or cd anyway.

Friends 09 streetglide has been having problems.A trip to the dealer and he found out they are waiting on 5 replacement radios to come in.All for 08/09 models expieriencing similar problems.He was told he would be bumped to 1rst on the list because he had an 09..Not what I want to hear having an 08 model myself.
