Download this and see if the specs are in there:

Shovel Manual 66-84 - HD Talking Downloads Page - Harley Davidson Community

On my bikes ('91 Dyna and '03 UC) the piston "fit in cylinder" specs are:

Dyna:

0.00055-0.00165 in. (loose - Mahle)
0.00075-0.00175 in. (KSG piston)

UC:

0.0006-0.0017 in. (Early piston)
0.0014-0.0025 in. (Late piston)

TQ

Can someone email me this file. I'm a new user and I need at least 150 posts before I can download it. I am in need of this manual. Thanks in advance.

The manual is 33.25 meg. My systems will not let me email anything that large. Is there something specific that you are looking for?

TQ

It looks like you have to get the 150 sensible posts like everyone else does as a member of the forum and be a member for 3 months as well.

Your first and only post is asking for a manual?

Go to shovelhead.usa and set yourself up in profile/registration and you will get all the help you could ask for on all pre-evo harleys
