Newbie needs Help with liftrod lengths '80 xlch1000

Hi guys,

I'm "the new guy" and I have a question. I was able to pick up a '80 ironhead 1000 and the guy I bought it from thought, but wasn't sure that the previous owner had installed a "stroker" kit. The engine is disassembled from the crank up so my guess is that I should be able to tell from the lftrod length. I have three questions..... How long is the stock 1000 liftrod? how long would "stroker" rods be? Also, the cylinders look pretty good and the S&S pistons are the 3700 series .060 overbore.....any tips on where I can buy ring sets for them and a gasket kit to reassemble the engine?

It's a 1980 Ironhead Sportster XLCH1000

Thanks up front for any help.
