Here's some info on the stock bars on various models for comparison if you want more pull back or rise.
Handlebar Replacement

A is height of bar
B is pull Back of bar only
C is width
D is center mounting section

Also another one for the specs on all bikes.
Motorcycle Handlebar Measurements - Stock Sizes

Keep in mind these are for comparison of sizes, as some bars will not work with the batwing because of the base width.

Wild 1, Inc. - Chubbys, custom handlebars for harley davidson + parts & accessories

Another alternative on some bikes is to go with higher risers with the same bars for added comfort.

An upgrade bar for road kings that works well is the #55954-00 which is a bit higher and pull back is more. It requires no modifications to cables or lines also.

Here's a chart by part number for the common bars. Scroll down the page below the Picture for the link.
Chrome Handlebars - Heritage SoftailŽ Classic, 56623-99, Chrome-plated version of the stock bars

Also this page for the dimensions of the bars.
