You might want to consider pulling off the accessories and selling them separately so you can reduce the price on the bike, since 2009 leftovers can be bought new for less than you're asking. Of course, the new ones don't have all your upgrades, but buyers have a hard time seeing that.

If you put the bike back to stock you can compete easier with the left-overs and sell all of your accessories easily, since they are all desirable add-ons.

Ultimately by going that route you can get a lot closer to where you want to be, I think!

what would be my asking price in Canadian dollars? This bikes base price in Canada is over $16500 plus 12% tax....

Not sure what's happening in Canada but my local dealer is offering rebates of $2500 on new left-overs. It makes it awfully hard to sell a used 2009.

Rebate program is over here....and our mark up on bikes is on average $3000 more than you in the States.
