If you need it in a real hurry, I'm not sure if forum rules allow someone to download it for you and then attach it to an email or something similar. You could ask one of the moderators if that's the case.

I totally understand. My neighbor across the street has your same bike but I'm sure he'd like to keep his manual. I wouldn't hesitate to just get a new one for yourself - it's the best 50 or 60 bucks you'll ever spend on your bike!

Might check on ebay. I've seen repair manuals there, but as said above, you can't beat new.
