Re: Jardine exhaust... more power?

what you baby it, man i rode the tank off mine and the new owner absolutely loves it you need to wring its neck every so often and when i say wring you know
the Buell will hit the limiter in 5th and will with ease pop the front up in the 1st 3 gears.

Go find a private road lean over the bars pull away smoothly in 1st to get rolling and watch the rpms not the speed and wind it out you should hit the ton in less space than most will hit 60 given the correct abuse its easy to see 120 in no time at all and yes even the stock bike wont like cruising below 3K keep it one gear lower to pop it in the 3.5K it will be fine, once youve ridden it like this you will realise just how strong the motor is
im thinking of getting the 1125CR out for a day to see how much better it is than the XB range

PS im only joking you ride how you feel safe and enjoy that Buell - i miss mine

yeah no babying, the 12S is a weapon, they r hard to keep the front on the ground, the last one i rode i was in 3rd before the front wheel came back down, the pipe is good but not a major gain compared to other bikes. until the bike feels comfortable be careful cos they can come up real quick in first and second.

Re: Jardine exhaust... more power?

hah... nice! I am guilty of getting on it, prob not to the extent you guys are talkin', when I'm on the highway every now and again. It is rare though cause I certainly dont need any tickets... that dough needs to go to the Harley Tax Had it up to 100 a couple times and 120 once. I really dig gunning it to merg onto the highway... and it sounds solid\tough with the Jardine when you get some.

but yes... I never intentionally tried to gun it to do the wheelie thing... its cool to know it can if... you know... the feeling strikes me

Hobbit... that 1125cr is, as you described it earlier, about the ugliest bike I've ever seen... which makes it awesome\ unique
