Here's a link to a chrome fork swap that will show you how to do it if you feel you want to tackle it yourself. On some newer bikes, you'll find a small indentation at the back of the slider cover that is used to remove the upper cover (cow bell).

Pay attention to the old seal that you are taking out for the proper installation of the new seal to make sure you install it proper side down.
