Re: A Friendly Reminder

glider,.\ Sorry, I read through the rules but didn't think that word choice would be taken offensively by you and the other members. It was not my intension to offend any one. Sorry for the inconvenience and will do my best not to repeat.

Thanks, I think I clarified my position on this in the last 2 PM's.

Re: A Friendly Reminder

Notice added to the first post of this thread. Please read.

NOTICE:

There have been a few members that have contacted me via PM to ask "what language IS allowed on the forum" after I notified them to read the above post and furnished a link to the same when they have posted offensive words in their posts that were edited.
At this time I really can't believe that anyone that can survive in the world can't understand the meaning of what
( >>at all<< ) means.
I'll Take this one step further for those members that feel compelled to ask this question in the future. After this when a member sends a PM to ask "what language IS allowed" on the forum, they will be removed from the members list immediately without a reply.

I don't care to have any more of my time wasted by some that seem to have an agenda here in their endeavor to act childish on the forum with posting language and those that don't have the mental capacity to figure out
what the words ( >>at all<< ) means in reference to language.

If in doubt, leave the word out even in the simplest forms of profanity! As only a few examples of this that have been edited (Damn, hell, crap etc) < only the beginning of the list.

Enough said here and enough time wasted dealing with this issue.

Hey Steve, even I got "the boot" for bad behavior, remember? It's not that no one makes mistakes, but after ALL THESE WARNINGS, it's hard to believe anyone would CHALLENGE the rule!!!

I think THAT is why Glider is upset, more than anything. You and I and the other senior members know what trips his trigger, and if it's anything at all, it's insulting his intelligence, and when a new guy comes in and thinks he can abuse someone, or abuse the rules, and still be welcome, it's just "suicide".

I can't believe anyone would throw away the benefits of membership here, but there's a fool born every minute, or something like that, right? (What is that quote, anyway??)

Re: A Friendly Reminder

I was wondering who was going to be the first to quote that.

Re: A Friendly Reminder

I am sorry for my comment. I was not trying to offend anybody just be funny. I did not think that my comment was bad. If it did offend just one person then I was wrong. Will not happen again!

No problem Goofuss, just review what you post before hitting the send button and thanks.

Another member decided to try the PM question out after reading the post and is no longer with us.
