We recently receive an error report from HDT members about undelivered email From and To AOL Network email addresses (Comcast, Netscape, Aol etc).
Your error is explained below: Case Error 554 RLY:B1 EXPLANATION: This error message is a dynamic block on AOL system. Dynamic blocks are placed on an IP address when AOL member complaints go over our set threshold. These are automated blocks that are removed by the system within 24 hours if the complaints are below the threshold. We found this problem made PERMANENT error on your mailbox system,so please kindly do following step: Guest before you are sign up. Setup hdtalking.com domain on your white list recipient.If do not set,you'll never receive your activation code for activated your account. Already HDT member. Setup hdtalking.com domain on your white list recipient. In order to help ensure proper delivery of emails to your Inbox, you can add senders (hdtalking.com domain) of legitimate emails to your whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list,follow instructions below. 1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book. 2. Click on the “Add Address ” icon on the right-hand side of the message. 3. Add additional information if you wish, then click the "Save" button. 1. Sign in to Comcast Webmail and select “Preferences” from the menu. 2. Select “Restrict Incoming Email”. 3. Select “Yes” to Enable Email Controls. (If you don’t want to restrict emails click ‘No’) 4. Select “Allow email from addresses listed below” . 5. Enter the from email address you want to whitelist. 6. Click “Add”. 1. Click on “Address Book”. 2. Click the “Add” button. 3. On the "Add Contact" screen, find the Internet Information box. 4. Enter the addresses you want to whitelist. 5. Click “Save”. 1. Open the message from the sender you want to add to your address book. 2. Click on the "Save to Address Book" link next to the sender's email address. 3. You will see a message "This address has been saved into your Address Book". 1. Open the email message from the sender you want to add to your address book. 2. Right-click "Click here to download images" in the gray bar at the top of the message. 3. Click "Add Sender to Senders Safe List" in the drop-down dialog box. 1. Right click on the email you received (in the list of emails). 2. Click on “Junk Email”. 3. Choose “Add Sender to Safe Senders List”. Mozilla Thunderbird 1. Click the "Address Book" button. 2. Make sure the "Personal Address Book" is highlighted. 3. Click the "New Card" button. This will launch a New Card window that has 3 tabs: Contact, Address & Other. 4. Under the "Contact tab", copy and paste the “From” address into the email dialog box. 5. Click OK. Whitelist your Personal Address Book: 1. From the main drop down menu, select “Tools -< Junk Mail Controls…” . 2. This will launch the "Junk Mail Control"s window that has two tabs: Settings and Adaptive Filter . 3. Under the "Settings" tab, update the “White Lists” module by selecting "Personal Address Book" from the pull down menu and then check the box next to “Do not mark messages as junk mail”. 4. Click OK.
