What was your first add-on?
I have a 05 FLSTN Deluxe. Bought use Last month with 4k miles and is all stock except the stage 1 and the factory chrome that come on it. My question is that for my first add-on I,m thinking about a engine guard, can you give me the good and bad about engine guards or crash bars? Or do you have in mind something that would be better to for my first add-on???????

Crashbars for safety... a/c & slipons that sound good to u to compleate the stage 1 download..& howdy Mydeluxe

Ultrat,for my stage 1 I have the Vance & Hines Shortshots and the a/c up-grade. But on the crash bar how do you feel about having one on your Bike?

I think its a good safety item. Thinking back through the years i have allwayes had them & a good place to hang your highway pegs. I like mine.

Adjustable highway pegs so that I could stretch out my legs a little on longer trips. What a difference! And comfort!
