Got a buddy with a Dyna Wide glide. He was attempting to put on a new front wheel when 1 of the 2 studs on the right fork end broke when he was taking off the cap. I stopped by tonight to check it out. There is enough left of it to get vice grips on, but doesn't seem to want to turn out. I was afraid to put to much torque on it for fear it would snap off flush. My question....Is the stud tapped into the bottom of the fork which would allow removal, or is it fixed in there solid? Anybody 'been there, done that'?
